Commercialized Sex Segregation
I run into this book at the children’s section of a bookstore. Ponder on these few questions:
- Is gender-based prejudice and separation a really “cool” thing nowadays – worthy of commercialization?
- Should patriarchal behaviors and trends be introduced and perhaps set at this age?
- Or do the publisher think that its only a “kid thing” and they’ll forget about it once they get older?

I came across this website (www.girlgames.com) and found it to be absolutely pathetic – right enough word? I only have one question for the creators and its visitors: Is it really what girls/women need to play, find entertaining or spend their time on?
